Christopher Camerucci graduated Indiana University in 2004 with a major in Biology and a minor in Business Administration.  With an interest in real estate, Christopher purchased two rental properties and a home to build in Cincinnati, OH.  He soon moved to Scottsdale, AZ in 2006 to seek new opportunities in the real estate market.  He quickly received his real estate license and worked for a real estate investment firm where he managed ground up construction projects, tenant improvement projects, land development projects, lending operations, and retail business operations.  During this time, he was invited to travel to China to interview with manufacturers and select product for one of the retail operations.  Christopher then ventured to utilize his real estate broker’s license to represent shopping centers and retail establishments.   When leasing property, most every tenant needed tenant improvements and this led Christopher to start a construction company.  Christopher started working more closely in construction in 2011 and since then he has worked on many facets of the construction industry for residential and commercial including but not limited to planning and zoning, ground up construction, tenant improvements, restaurant improvements, medical improvements, roofing, water damage repair, asbestos abatement, apartment production remodeling, remodels, large exterior repaints, and custom projects.
